Customer relationship management (CRM) and loan origination provider Salestrekker has announced that it is embedding artificial intelligence across broker workflows in Salestrekker 2.0 to help strengthen compliance and safeguard consumer privacy.
The new features, available exclusively through Salestrekker’s aggregator partners, automate key elements of document verification and compliance checks, provide real-time assistance and translation, and streamline the creation of audit-ready client files.
The rollout of Salestrekker AI will begin with aggregation group Specialist Finance Group (SFG), which will participate in initial testing and feedback before the technology becomes more widely available.
The staged deployment aims to collect insights on how AI tools can assist brokers, while meeting Australian privacy and data protection requirements.
Salestrekker confirmed that no customer information beyond a client’s first name is shared, stored, or processed outside of its secure environment. Additional AI-enabled features are scheduled for release in the coming months through the company’s aggregator network.
Following the introduction of Salestrekker AI, the company’s next focus will be refining how these tools integrate into broker workflows to reduce manual administrative work and strengthen compliance record-keeping within the Salestrekker 2.0 ecosystem.
Dalibor Ivkovic, CEO of Salestrekker, commented: “This isn’t AI for the sake of AI. We’ve built these tools to solve real compliance challenges that brokers face every day – and we’ve done it without ever compromising the security of personal data. No customer information beyond a customer’s first name is shared, stored, or processed outside of the protected environment.”
Heather Gallagher, head of customer success at Salestrekker, added: “Our goal is to ensure every AI enhancement fits naturally into broker workflows and makes day-to-day compliance simpler, faster, and safer.”
William Lockett, managing director of Specialist Finance Group, noted that SFG was going to be the first to test it and added: “SFG brokers are always looking for technology that balances innovation with integrity.
“This allows us to explore how AI can take the friction out of compliance, giving brokers more time with clients and more confidence in their processes.”
Salestrekker AI is part of the broader rollout of Salestrekker 2.0, the latest version of the company’s CRM platform.
The platform has been adopted by several major aggregation groups, including outsource Financial, Specialist Finance Group, and Purple Circle.
