Quickli targets loan processing with Promptli launch

Mortgage technology platform Quickli has expanded its offering with the launch of Promptli, a new pay-per-deal loan processing service for brokers.

Available to Quickli Pro users, the service is designed to give brokers additional processing capacity without requiring them to expand their internal teams, with support extending from application preparation through to lender lodgement.

Once a broker has submitted a deal via their Quickli account and uploaded all supporting documents, Promptli will prepare the loan application in the CRM, as well as handle all data entry, compliance and documentation before submitting the loan via ApplyOnline.

Quickli co-founder and co-CEO Eric Dill said the service is intended to address the bottleneck that can emerge between credit assessment and lodgement.

“Quickli has been helping brokers assess and structure deals through Jiffi AI and Doc Renamer. Promptli completes that journey by removing the processing bottleneck which comes after credit assessment,” Dill said.

“We’ve built tools within Quickli to make that handover to Promptli as seamless as possible. Promptli gives brokers real capacity without the cost and commitment of another internal hire.

“We can become your loan processing team or work alongside the team you already have. Ultimately, we want brokers spending less time processing and more time with clients and growing their business.”

The launch marks a further expansion of Quickli’s offering, which includes tools such as Jiffi AI and Doc Renamer to help brokers assess and structure deals. The fintech has also just recently launched a new fact-finding tool.

From application preparation to lodgement

Brokers can submit a deal and its supporting documents through their Quickli account, with Promptli then managing the processing through to lodgement.

The service covers data entry and verification within the broker’s customer relationship management system, compliance documentation, pricing requests, valuations and the preparation and verification of loan applications.

Promptli also monitors the signing of compliance and home loan documents, handles supporting documentation and discharge forms, and lodges applications with lenders through ApplyOnline.

The service includes service-level agreement checks for selected lenders, with brokers kept updated throughout the process.

General manager of Promptli Bec Read said the service was designed to fit into brokers’ existing workflows, without requiring them to learn a separate platform or duplicate work across systems.

“The broker focuses on the client relationship, assessing the deal and selecting the right lender. Once they’re ready to proceed, our team steps in and manages the processing through to lodgement,” Read said.

“We work seamlessly within Quickli, so the broker simply sends the deal to us directly through their Quickli account, and we manage the processing from that point.

“There’s no separate platform to learn, no duplicating work across systems.

“Promptli can be your main loan processing team, or work alongside an existing team member. It’s pay per deal, no contracts, no ongoing fees.”

Read added brokers could use Promptli as their primary processing team or alongside existing staff.

The service operates on a pay-per-deal basis, with no contracts, ongoing fees or minimum commitment.

From a calculator to a suite of tools

With more than half of Australia’s mortgage brokers now using Quickli, the fintech has continued to expand its platform with tools designed to address different parts of the broker workflow.

In June 2025, the company launched its networking platform, Community, before unveiling an SMSF serviceability calculator in August.

Quickli then launched its subscription-based Quickli Pro tier in February 2026, building on its core platform with two new AI-powered tools.

Jiffi AI, the platform’s inbuilt AI policy and product research tool, provides instant answers across 45 lenders, while Doc Renamer automatically detects and renames client documents at scale.

Other additions include:

  • Alt doc/specialist tool: uses a policy-driven rules engine to automatically surface suitable lenders based on a client’s Australian business number history, documentation type, business activity statement history and credit profile, helping brokers identify viable specialist lending options.
  • Custom branding tools: allows businesses to integrate their company identity throughout the Quickli interface.
  • Organisation-level analytics: insights into performance, deal pipeline and conversion rates.
