Specialist non-bank commercial real estate lender Pallas Capital has partnered with property data and analytics provider Cotality to provide brokers with real-time valuation tracking, in the hopes of delivering greater transparency and a more efficient lending experience.
Through Cotality’s PropertyHub platform, brokers can now order and track valuations through a single workflow.
According to the lender, the new technology will give brokers greater visibility throughout the assessment process, reduce administrative effort, and support faster turnaround times across residential security valuations.
The new valuation process will apply to residential security properties, including desktop reports for eligible properties valued up to $2 million, short-form valuations for eligible properties valued up to $5 million, and long-form valuations for properties valued at $5 million and above.
Speaking of the new technology, Jason Arnold, group executive – origination at Pallas Capital, said the partnership reflects the firm’s continued investment in the broker experience: “Valuation delays can create uncertainty for both brokers and borrowers. By integrating with Cotality’s PropertyHub, we’re providing brokers with greater transparency and a more streamlined process from application through to settlement.
“This is another example of how we’re investing in solutions that make it easier for brokers to do business with us while continuing to deliver the responsiveness and service they expect from Pallas Capital.”
Lisa Jennings, chief commercial officer at Cotality, said: “Brokers increasingly expect digital processes that provide greater visibility and certainty throughout the lending journey.
“We are pleased to support Pallas Capital through PropertyHub, enabling a more streamlined valuation experience that reduces administration friction and helps create better outcomes for brokers and their clients.”
Pallas said it hoped that the new broker valuation process would continue to help grow its book, which recently surpassed $4.7 billion (as at 10 August 2026).
