Aussie’s general manager of people, Lynda Harris, said the group has a structured learning pathway to help brokers develop their professional skills and expand their businesses.
“It also enables new brokers to quickly understand the level of customer service they need to deliver to be consistent with the Aussie brand promise,” Ms Harris said.
“Our brokers play a vital role in helping our customers identify the right options for one of the largest purchases they will ever make – their own home or an investment property – and they need to have the best skills in the marketplace to do that.”
Aussie won the Best Training and Education category at the 2014 Australian Broking Awards, ahead of Connective, eChoice, Outsource Financial and Home Loan Experts.
The group posted record results in October, with $1.4 billion of settlements and $2 billion of applications.
