Stacey Hampton steps into the role with more than 10 years’ experience in senior roles at Macquarie Group, most recently as its HR business partner for Macquarie’s risk management, legal and governance divisions.
Rubik said Ms Hampton has extensive experience in developing and delivering a broad range of HR initiatives covering staff engagement, recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent identification, performance management, remuneration, and diversity and inclusion.
Darius Coveney, group chief financial officer at Rubik, said Ms Hampton’s skill set and experience are exactly what the company needs to help attract and retain the best fintech talent during its growth stage.
“Most importantly, we want to ensure we lay the best foundations on which to build a winning Rubik culture and Stacey was the ideal candidate to help us do that,” he said.
Ms Hampton’s appointment comes after former Decimal executive Joanna McCarthy joined the mortgage tech provider as head of marketing and communications in January.
