Peter Sheahan

Peter Sheahan is director, institutional markets at Curve Securities. Peter began his 33-year career in financial markets as a dealer at Commonwealth Bank, and went on to work at NAB in senior roles including head of e-Commerce, manager of professional funds, global markets business analyst and head of infrastructure support in wholesale banking global markets. He has passionately shared his insights with central banks, regulatory bodies, state central borrowing authorities and institutional clients to develop the best possible financial system within the debt markets. Peter was chairman of the AFMA Long Term Securities Committee between 1999 and 2001. He has been director for Institutional Markets at Curve Securities for just under four years, and gains enormous satisfaction in contributing to the growth and development of a financial services business supported by his clientele of top tier domestic and global fund managers.
