New CFO appointed at Latitude Financial Services

An ex-Bank of New Zealand chief financial officer has been announced as the new CFO at Latitude Financial Services.

Latitude Financial Services, previously GE Consumer Finance, has welcomed Adrienne Duarte to its executive team, lauding her as an “outstanding and accomplished CFO, with a proven track record of success”.

Ms Duarte previously worked at BNZ for five years, making history as its first female CFO. Prior to BNZ, Ms Duarte was a senior executive at NAB for 17 years. At Latitude, Ms Duarte will be responsible for finance, tax, sourcing and treasury.

Chief executive officer Sean Morrissey said it was an important appointment for Latitude. Ms Duarte is described as having “deep expertise” in investor relations, treasury, planning and business development.

Mr Morrisey said: “[Ms Duarte] is a dynamic, insightful and progressive executive who has vast experience in growing businesses and achieving positive results.”
