Rick Roache is based in Sydney and is managing director, Asia Pacific, for Ebury - a global fintech company offering financial solutions built to help SMEs and midcaps manage cross border business more effectively. Ebury offers foreign exchange in over 130 currencies for both major and emerging markets, as well as cash management strategies, trade finance, foreign exchange risk management and payments. Founded in London in 2009 by entrepreneurs Juan Lobato and Salvador Garcia, the company has grown its global market presence to a network of 24 offices in 20 countries and more than 1,100 employees.  Ebury is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to provide financial services under Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) 520548 and registered with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).
