Mortgage Choice company secretary resigns
The major brokerage has announced the resignation of its long-serving company secretary, David Hoskins, who has left the company after nearly 19 years.
Mortgage Choice revealed in a disclosure to the ASX that its company secretary, David Hoskins, had resigned after 19 years in the role, effective immediately.
Mr Hoskins had also taken on the role of head of franchise operations in 2010, in addition to his obligations as company secretary.
Further details of the circumstances around Mr Hoskins’ resignation have not yet been released, with Mortgage Choice unable to comment on the matter.
However, the brokerage has said that in light of his resignation, current CFO Ian Parkes has taken over the role of company secretary while a replacement is found.
Mr Parkes was appointed as CFO of Mortgage Choice in October 2018, taking over from acting CFO John Stevenson.
He previously served as CFO of non-bank lender Homeloans from May 2012 to April 2018.
