Connective has announced a promotion and a new hire to its executive team.

Aggregator Connective has announced Chin Hui Yeo as its new chief technology officer and the promotion of Ashley Jackson to chief information officer.

According to Connective, the newcomers to its executive team underscore its “commitment to leading-edge technology and broker-focused solutions”.

Yeo steps into his role with extensive experience in digital strategy and delivery and will spearhead technological advancements for the aggregator while upholding the “competitive edge of Connective’s pioneering Mercury Nexus platform”.

He carries 15 years of experience managing large, distributed teams while delivering transformative projects.

Commenting on his appointment, Yeo said: “I am thrilled to join Connective and look forward to leveraging my experience to enhance the platform that empowers our members and drive industry leadership.”

Meanwhile, Jackson enters a new stage in his career with Connective, now being tasked with improving the aggregator’s IT operations and cyber security measures.

The aggregator said that Jackson has been “an integral part” of Connective for over eight years.

“Under his guidance, Connective will continue to ensure that its IT systems are not only robust but also set benchmarks in cyber security and operational efficiency,” the aggregator said.

On his new role, Jackson said: “Being promoted to CIO is both an honour and an opportunity to harness the best of what technology has to offer to equip our members and employees with what they need to succeed.

“I am committed to driving forward our strategic initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible benefits to our community.”

The appointments aim to reinforce the aggregator’s commitment to its corporate strategy, growth plans with a focus on innovation, expertise, and technology.
