Advantedge Financial Services has announced a range of rate cuts, dropping four of its home loans below 4 per cent.

The NAB-owned mortgage funder has reduced its fixed rates across one-, two-, three- and four-year loans. The new rates are available to all of Advantedge’s white-label partners.

The key rate changes are:

  • Loans with a fixed-rate term of one year: reduced by 0.15 per cent
  • Loans with a fixed-rate term of two years: reduced by 0.04 per cent
  • Loans with a fixed-rate term of three years: reduced by 0.15 per cent
  • Loans with a fixed-rate term of four years: reduced by 0.60 per cent

Advantedge general manager Brett Halliwell said the move reinforced Advantedge’s commitment to equip aggregators and brokers with the best possible products to stand out in the dynamic home loan market.
