“Brad will be a wonderful asset for our team, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in banking in Queensland,” Ms Bagnall said.

“Since RACQ Bank launched in late 2017, we’ve had a wonderful response from RACQ members, necessitating the need to expand and advance our sales and distribution team.

“Brad’s experience and commitment to improving the banking industry for the benefit of Queenslanders makes him the perfect cultural fit for RACQ Bank.”

Mr Steele said that he was thrilled to be joining Queensland’s newest mutual bank.

“I’m incredibly proud and excited to be joining RACQ Bank at such a pivotal time for the organisation,” Mr Steele said.

“The potential for growth and the chance to offer innovative, customer-focused banking solutions is extremely exciting.”
