Mortgage and wealth group director resigns

Centrepoint Alliance has announced the resignation of Noel Griffin as a non-executive director.

Following the appointment of Martin Pretty to the company’s board in 2014, Mr Griffin assisted through the transition period as Centrepoint Alliance embarked on a board and governance renewal.

Centrepoint Alliance chairperson Rick Nelson said Mr Griffin was a key contributor to the rebuilding and strengthening of the group.

“Noel’s association with Centrepoint started as a customer in 1983, through the funding of his transport business with Centrepoint Finance, before joining the board in 2002,” he said.
