Bendigo Bank reflects on successful 2015

Bendigo Bank says its premium product offering, quality customer service and unique innovation were the main reasons behind its multiple award wins last year.

The non-major was named Business Bank of the Year for the fourth year running at Roy Morgan Research’s Customer Satisfaction Awards 2015, while its business banking app, miBanker, won the finance category at the 2015 Victorian iAwards.

Furthermore, Bendigo Bank was named as one of the top five banks at Mozo’s People’s Choice Awards 2015. It also won the Best Term Deposits and Best Credit Cards categories at the awards, as well as being recognised for having one of the top five home loan and personal loan products.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank managing director Mike Hirst said the awards reflect a commitment to being Australia’s most customer-connected bank.
