The lender has named PwC Australia as the delivery partner that assisted in the development of this arrangement with nCino.

RedZed has confirmed that it has now embraced fintech nCino, Inc’s (nCino) cloud software, integrating its mortgage product, Mortgage Solution, into its services.

Headquartered in the US, nCino was founded in 2011 and provides cloud-based retail, residential and commercial lending software.

Its product, Mortgage Solution, is said to provide an integrated experience that “spans the entire origination lifecycle” and offers tools to ensure compliance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP).

As per RedZed, the decision to embrace this product comes from a desire to “increase automation, improve loan volume, and decrease the cost of writing new loans”.

Further, RedZed has stated it selected consulting firm PwC Australia as its delivery partner during this arrangement.

PwC Australia is said to have worked closely with nCino during this integration, utilising its business, experience and technology to ensure the project’s delivery while working remotely.

RedZed chief credit officer Stephen Gorman said: “nCino’s Mortgage Solution exceeded the expectations of everyone in our organisation and will provide our borrowers and lenders with a personalised and integrated experience that is seamless, transparent and simple.”

nCino managing director of Australia and New Zealand Mark Bernhardi commented that the fintech is committed to “providing a flexible and adaptable platform that enables financial institutions to deliver change at speed”, later adding that nCino’s relationship between RedZed and PwC Australia embodies its mission to “transform the financial services industry through innovation, reputation and speed”.

PwC engagement lead Marvin Slocombe said that this project was successful due to commitment and initiative shown by all three players.

“Strong relationships, innovation and collaboration allowed us to deliver this project with agility and determination. We are thrilled that RedZed selected PwC to integrate nCino’s Mortgage Solution,” he added.

“We look forward to our continued work together to support RedZed to deliver seamless, personalised services and experience to their customers.”
