RedZed today (14 February) has announced a Valentine’s Day rate offer on selected loans for new business.
The “With love, from RedZed” campaign sees a reduction in most interest rates on SE Prime full documentation and alternative documentation residential loans, select residential specialist loans, and its residential and commercial SMSF loans.
Further, the application fee has also been reduced for the standard commercial range; interest-only loading has been reduced for RedZed’s commercial Prime product; and interest-only loadings have been waived for SMSF products.
Commenting on the announcement, RedZed’s managing director, Calvin Cordle, said the lender is “sharing the love”.
“We’re sharing the love with brokers and the self-employed this Valentine’s Day, and for the foreseeable future, by lowering most of our rates and adjusting select loadings and application fees,” he said.
“RedZed is committed to supporting brokers and small business owners in achieving their goals. By implementing these rate, fee and loading adjustments, we are not only making our loans more accessible to self-employed Australians but also equipping brokers with competitive solutions to offer to their clients.”
RedZed is hoping that this campaign will familiarise brokers with some of the specialised offerings available with the lender.
“We hope these rate changes will incentivise new brokers to give us a go and explore RedZed’s offering. Once they do, we know they will be blown away by the first-class service provided by our in-house and Australian-based credit, settlements and sales teams,” Cordle said.

Many small businesses are struggling with low consumer confidence and a persistently high interest rate. Catering to these organisations through specialised loans, RedZed is hoping the newest offer will provide some much-needed support.
