OwnHome joins aggregator panel, boosting broker options

OwnHome has joined Connective’s lender panel, offering brokers access to a new high loan-to-value ratio (LVR) lending solution designed to help more Australians achieve home ownership.

This addition provides brokers with an innovative alternative to traditional lending, particularly for customers with LVRs ranging from 80–100 per cent, eliminating common barriers like costly lenders mortgage insurance (LMI) and restrictive loan conditions.

Now available through Connective’s extensive lender panel, OwnHome’s solution is accessible to over 4,000 brokers across the nation.

With this partnership, brokers can offer their clients a range of benefits, including guaranteed savings compared to LMI on similar loans, up to 100 per cent LVR lending with no lock-in or exit fees, and a complimentary $12,000 buyer’s agent service to assist with property selection and negotiation.

Clients will also benefit from 48-hour fully assessed pre-approvals, giving them confidence faster, while brokers are ensured no clawbacks on commissions, rewarding them for their service.

The integration of OwnHome into Connective’s platform means brokers can now provide clients with a cost-effective, efficient path to home ownership, while enjoying a seamless lending experience.
