ANZ makes senior management change

ANZ has appointed an acting managing director of global markets following the resignation of Steve Bellotti.

Eddie Listorti, who is currently the bank’s global co-head of fixed income, currencies and commodities, steps into the role and will report to ANZ’s chief executive of international and institutional banking, Andrew Géczy.

Prior to joining ANZ in 2010, Mr Listori was the global head of fixed income currencies and commodities at British-based investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort.

Mr Géczy thanked Mr Bellotti for his contribution to ANZ and wished him success in his future career.

“Under Steve’s leadership, our global markets’ revenue has grown significantly, attracted and retained a world-class team, become a key pillar in our Asian growth and created a foundation for further growth and investment in ANZ’s future agenda,” he said.
