Pepper will use the tools to administer, report and provide enhanced disclosure on the entirety of its growing asset and mortgage backed securities program.
ABS System will provide infrastructure and further automation for Pepper’s securitisation business, while ABS Discloser will enable Pepper to provide third-parties with easier access to performance information, deal documents and investor reports on Pepper’s securitisations, supporting information transparency and liquidity in Australia’s debt capital markets.
“We are delighted that Pepper Group, a highly experienced and well-known issuer, has chosen Moody’s Analytics to enhance its securitisation reporting and accounting requirements,” said Moody’s Analytics senior director Marc Levine.
“We are confident that ABS System and ABS Discloser will enable Pepper to realise efficiencies in these critical operations.”
Pepper’s Paul Thompson, who leads treasury business management and trust reporting at the non-bank lender, said the group chose Moody’s Analytics because it brings extensive experience and a unique combination of global scale and local presence.
“Their willingness and ability to understand our business and address our requirements through their solutions will help us to drive Pepper’s continued global success,” he said.
