CRM platform Salestrekker has unveiled a new look to better reflect the brand’s values and offering.

The customer relationship management (CRM) provider has rebranded – unveiling a new logo and icon to market.

The new logo emphasises the ‘trekker’ part of the company name in a dark blue colour to highlight the importance of the trekker theme, which the company said “reflect[s] how Salestrekker will continue to launch new solutions for premium CRM, real-time lending, and product conversion tools”.

It also includes a new icon, three dots connected to a central diamond, representing “the ever-growing importance of the Salestrekker platform in a fully integrated client, broker, and lending product”.

According to Salestrekker, the company’s new branding aims to better reflect its technology, trust, and teamwork journey.

Salestrekker stated: “Highlighting the importance of the Trekker theme will help the company continue to add new value-added solutions, helping the industry navigate the Open Banking and data-dominated lending era.”

Speaking with The Adviser, chief executive of Salestrekker, Dalibor Ivkovic, added: “When it comes to productivity for the mortgage and lending space, we see how an innovation like Salestrekker 2.0 and now Salestrekker Premium can create greater automated efficiencies and cost savings.

“This ‘trek’ is never going to end for us. We’ll never arrive at the journey because we want to redefine operating in the data-dominated lending era.

“Our refreshed brand is also part of our commitment to continue to look at things differently. We believe the ongoing journey or our continuous improvement is what drives everything we do. From product development to partnership to taking feedback and making sure that’s represented in our ongoing product enhancements…

“The new-look Salestrekker is something we believe is a key part of our strategy and industry differentiation.”

The company said: “The ‘always together’ identity will encourage its customer base to embark upon its new journey for product innovation, education, and opportunity creation.”

The announcement came after the company unveiled Salestrekker 2.0, “Australia’s first combined lending, origination, and customer relationship management (CRM) platform” in October 2023.

The platform aims to act as an all-inclusive technology platform, allowing brokers to access orientation, workflow tracking, servicing, and marketing, all in one system.

Salestrekker’s updated platform’s automation tools are intended to save brokers money and time and accelerate business growth through streamlined processes.

According to Ivkovic, the updated version is now “a CRM platform that produces compliance documents, recommendations and lodgements”. He also said it can “automate the client relationship beyond mortgages to highly lucrative personal and asset finance arrangements”.
