Following the introduction of Salestrekker 2.0, the CRM provider has appointed a new head of lender relations.

The customer relationship management (CRM) provider Salestrekker has announced the appointment of Amir Klicic as its inaugural head of lender relations amid the provider’s roll-out of integrated lender products.

Salestrekker said that Klicic has been appointed to “transform lender product conversion” on its Salestrekker 2.0 platform that launched in October 2023.

The new head of lender relations has worked with the CRM provider for four years as a key account manager and has played an integral role in the expansion of the program in the mortgage aggregation space, according to Salestrekker.

Prior to his time with Salestrekker, Klicic held account manager positions with travel management services company Inspire Travel Management, travel solution provider ATPI Australia, and airline Etihad Airways.

The CRM provider said that Klicic’s time with Salestrekker has provided him with insights into automation, streamlining, and improving outcomes for the mortgage industry across lending and loan application processes.

The new head of lender relations will continue to support Salestrekker’s existing customer base, according to the company, as it moves to Salestrekker 2.0.

Speaking on the appointment, Dalibor Ivkovic, CEO of Salestrekker, said: “Amir has an in-depth knowledge of Salestrekker with his previous role as key account manager.

“Amir understands very clearly what the industry challenges are and how to make those connections from Salestrekker 2.0, its new capabilities for lending and additional lending opportunities into a rapidly changing open banking environment for all parties. Particularly the benefits Salestrekker 2.0 new solutions launching later this year can offer lenders.”

Ivkovic also said that Klicic has established interest in Salestrekker’s new lending product suite and was making “impressive headway” in educating the industry on the benefits that Salestrekker can provide to “support continuous change in the open banking era”.

Klicic also said on his appointment: “It’s an exciting time for our team as we keep working towards meaningful and cost-effective solutions for brokers, aggregators, and lender partners.

“We are at the absolute forefront of innovation, and personalIy I am humbled and thrilled to introduce our new and unprecedented value proposition to the lender market.”

Salestrekker 2.0 is “Australia’s first combined lending, origination and customer relationship management (CRM) platform”, according to the CRM platform provider. The company said that the updated platform automates client relationships for mortgages as well as personal and asset finance.

According to Salestrekker, the new platform delivers “more competitive choices for everyday Australians and industry participants”.
